Request for  Resale Certificate/Disclosure Packet  --  If you are selling your home, you or your agent can go to:  Resale Info on FVCmanagement's Web Site to request Silver Cupís Disclosure Packet. From this site, you may either order directly with HomeWiseDocs or obtain the Request Form and submit to FVCmanagement for processing. Ordering directly with HomeWiseDocs is the most efficient way.

The current cost for a managed Associationís Disclosure Packet is $245.00 when delivered electronically. Generally if settlement occurs within 45 days of delivering the request, payment is collected at settlement with the other fees and the assessments owed to the Association. If not, the Association (via the Managing Agent) charges the homeowner's account for the cost which is then treated like any other assessment due.

A completed Architectural Approval Form needs to be submitted in order to request approval of your project. You can get a form by calling or writing to the office. The form can be sent to you, faxed to you, or you can pick it up. A response to your request will be given to you as soon as possible.  You may also view and print the form by clicking on Links or by using the border menu tab above.

SDI  -  County Waste Home Page: Trash pickup:  Tuesday and Fridays are normal pickup days, however, if a holiday occurs during a week, then the schedule gets shifted by a day after the holiday.  If the holiday occurs on Monday or Tuesday, both pickup days are shifted one day. According to County Waste, the holidays where trash pickup is shifted are New Years, 4th of July, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Recycle pickup: Tuesdays, please have the container out by 6:00 A.M.  See above for holiday schedule changes.  Christmas trees will be picked up beginning the second week of January.
